Getting Started
How do I create a Vendlox store?
Create your Vendlox account, choose a plan, and follow the setup process to launch your online store. You can customize your storefront, add products, configure payments, and start selling online.
How do I add products?
From your Store Admin, go to Products and select Add Product. Enter your product name, description, price, images, inventory, variants, and other relevant details, then save your product.
How do I customize my store?
Open your Store Admin and use the storefront customization tools to configure your theme, colors, layout, branding, and other storefront settings.
Store Management
How do I manage my orders?
Your Store Admin provides an Orders section where you can view, manage, and update customer orders from one place.
How do I manage inventory?
Products can include inventory quantities and variants. Keep your stock information updated from your Store Admin to help manage product availability.
Can I add product variants?
Yes. You can create variants such as size, color, or other product options and assign individual prices and inventory to each variant.
Payments
Which payment methods can I use?
Vendlox supports multiple payment options depending on your location and configured payment gateways. Available options may include Paystack, Stripe, and Mobile Money.
How do I configure payments?
Go to your Store Admin payment settings and connect the payment gateway available for your business and location. Follow the gateway's verification and configuration requirements.
How do I receive payments from customers?
When a customer completes a payment through a connected payment gateway, the transaction is processed by the selected payment provider according to its terms and settlement schedule.
Shipping & Delivery
How do I configure shipping?
You can create shipping methods for your store and set shipping prices based on your delivery requirements. You can also offer different delivery options such as regional shipping or pickup where available.
Can I offer free shipping?
Yes. You can configure a free-shipping option for your customers where applicable.
Domains
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Vendlox supports connecting a custom domain to your online store.
How do I connect my domain?
Open your Store Admin's domain settings and follow the instructions provided for connecting and verifying your domain. You may need to update DNS records with your domain provider.
